We gather above the cliffs of Triopetra, overlooking the endless blue. Wind moves through us. The sea steadies us. Stone anchors us.
This retreat in Crete is an intentional crossing — into clarity, courage, and reconnection.
The Land
Located in Triopetra on the southern coast of Crete, this spiritual retreat in Greece unfolds in one of the most striking landscapes in the Mediterranean.
Crete is wild and ancient.
High mountains rising from dry rocky cliffs scented with thyme and sage.
Olive trees rooted for over a thousand years.
Palm forests lining spring-fed rivers.
Sun-drenched beaches within walking distance of ceremony.
Triopetra — “Three Rocks” — stands like guardians rising from the sea.
The area is known for its dramatic cliffs and legendary cliff diving into the crystalline Mediterranean waters.
Our private ceremony residence overlooks the Mediterranean, just a two-minute walk to Triopetra Beach and local tavernas.
The land is not backdrop.
It is a teacher.

What is a journey?
A journey is a ceremony where people on the path of self development come together to learn more about themselves and to connect with one another through experiential processes. Through the use of shamanic tools and with the guidance of a skilled facilitator each person has a unique experience. As the session unfolds, insights surface and your inner senses sharpen. You notice your relationship to presence and deepen your capacity for self compassion. Within this safe container, the experience allows for you to see the stories and patterns that have impacted your life and gives you tools to navigate your way through to a new way of meaning making. One that allows for more fun, connection and a chance to discover what it is you came here to give back.
Community
One of the most healing components of journey work is the community. During the ceremony we hold space for one another and lift one another up. After the ceremony, we have soup together, and in the morning we come together to prepare and enjoy a community brunch.
